Fitness Related: Try This TONIGHT!

I know YOU can do this at least once. Start slow, build up and eventually, you will be able to do it two or three times in a row. Yes, you will feel the burn. I know I did this morning when I did it. It gets easier. You get stronger and more confident and soon, you are sitting on a wall for a minute without shaky legs.

Ooh, I like. I'll be trying this tomorrow, hoping my foot and knee can hang. I'm dyyyying not being able to run these days.

That workout...dare I say... looks fun! And effective! I'm going to have to print it out and try it. It's nice that none of the number by themselves are too overwhelming, but combine for a great workout!
